BESPOKE has opened up a new life for all of those and myself who have come to our group.  It has been such a good laugh and I have met new people who have their own issues with their health.  We all manage to smile even though they are suffering.  I love coming to the group and Chris who has been coming to train us up has been amazing.  Great laugh, seriously great.  So glad I started coming to BESPOKE.
